I found an ad on Next Door about his company and got an appointment for advice on several projects I wanted done . Still have a few more pending getting a permit, but got two issues repaired and very happy to see those completed. Very good with working with someone so meticulous and has pride in his work. I rate Love Creek Construction as an exemplary company. Our project was the renovation of our 21 year-old master bathroom to be ADA compliant for my disabled veteran husband. Love Creek Construction does all kinds of renovations, and is also certified as an ADA builder.
Prior to any demolition, William "Bill" McMahon listened carefully to what we wanted. He made several design suggestions that were perfect for our ultimate goals: a modernized, and beautiful master bath area that was ADA compliant. Bill was most careful in measuring, and in letting us know how the bathroom space would be changed to easily accommodate a scooter or wheelchair.
We found that every subcontractor that did demolition, wallpaper stripping, dry wall repair and painting, tiling of the walls, floor, and shower, and plumbing for a new higher toilet, did excellent jobs. Bill both supervised and advised each subcontractor about the work that needed to be completed. Bill himself did the electric work for all the new lighting, a "fandelier, " and he put in new electric outlets where needed.
A wonderful addition to Love Creek Construction is Bill's wife Virginia "Gigi" McMahon. Gigi is terrific in helping with design and choosing everything from tile to faucet handles and towel bars! She also was extremely helpful in finding ADA grab bars that did not look too institutional or too industrial. Gigi is also a great researcher in finding items that fit your personal style.
Please note, however, that it is YOUR design wishes, along with all the necessary accessories that you choose, that will be honored. Love Creek Construction does everything to make renovation as timely as possible, and its crew were extremely accommodating around our personal schedule.

I have worked with general contractors in the past, Never have I run into a Professional like this before !! I highly recommend !! Bill not only does very good quality work, but if he tells you he'll do something or take care of something you can count on it ,and it will be done when he tells you, if a subcontractor doesn't show or is late he will jump in and take care of it !! We had 3 Estimates on our job and Bill was not the cheapest or the most expensive , he was very reasonably priced,and went the extra mile on everything !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, And fell free to ask him for my number and I'll be happy to talk to anyone about him and his work .
